Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Bayrak London Ltd ("we", "us") collects when you contact us or book an appointment, why we collect it and what we do with it. We are the data controller for that information under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and the address or postcode where the appointment takes place.
• The service you booked, the date and time, and any notes you send us about it.
• The content of messages you send us on WhatsApp, by SMS or by phone.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website, and we never store card numbers.

How we collect it

The booking form on this site does not send anything to a server. It builds a message from what you type and opens WhatsApp so you can review and send it yourself. Until you press send in WhatsApp, we have not received anything. If you call or text us instead, we receive your number in the usual way.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To arrange, confirm and carry out your appointment — necessary for the performance of our agreement with you.
• To contact you about a booking, including changes and reminders — necessary for the same agreement.
• To keep basic business records, including for tax purposes — necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under their own privacy policy. Our accountant may see booking records where needed for tax and accounting.

How long we keep it

Booking messages are kept while you remain a client and for up to two years after your last appointment, so we know your preferred cut when you come back. Records needed for tax are kept for six years, as UK law requires.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers and does not profile visitors. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to have it transferred to someone else. To do any of that, message or call us on +44 7774 013447. We will respond within one month.

If you are not happy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
